요즘 컴퓨터 CPU들은 절전을 위해 여러가지 클럭을 지원하는데
이러한 클럭을 임의로 조정하는 방법이 존재한다.

설정가능한 클럭을 확인하려면 아래의 경로를 참고하면 되고

$ cat /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/scaling_available_frequencies 1300000 1200000 1000000 800000 600000 $ cat /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/scaling_available_governors userspace powersave ondemand conservative performance [링크 : http://embraceubuntu.com/2005/11/04/enabling-cpu-frequency-scaling/ ]

클럭변경은 cpufreq-selector 라는 명령을 이용하면 된다.

$ cpufreq-selector -f 1300000  [링크 : http://diablo.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/man/man2html?cpufreq-selector+1 ]

그나저나.. 우분투에서 초기에는 최고클럭으로 작동하다 냅두면 최저클럭으로 "Ondemand"설정이 되긴 하지만
처음부터 최저클럭으로 설정하는 옵션은 없으려나?

조금 뒤져보니, 아래의 스크립트에서 시간과 파워모드를 다른걸로 해주면 된다.
onedemand 대신 powersave로 하면 일단 최저클럭으로 들어가는 듯.
