윈도우 metric 정책

유선이 우선권을 가지고 무선이 낮은줄 알았는데

그게 아니었군.. 단순하게 Link 속도에 영향을 받는다.

일단 WinXP SP2~win8.1 사이의 경우의 설정값

그런데.. 도대체 300대 값은 어떻게 되는거지?
