우분투 irc 데몬 및 클라이언트 + qwebirc

irc는 텍스트 기반이라 조금 쓰기가 난해해서
웹버전을 찾았는데. 지금까지 업데이트 되고 있는 녀석이지만
python 기반으로 독립서버를 돌리는 녀석이라 php가 아닌게 조금 아쉽..
(독립 서버 호스팅이 아니라면 돌리기 어렵다는 의미)
