아마도.. lm3s1607에서 4.1MHz 클럭을 쓰면서 1Mohm 저항을 달아서 섰는데

그걸 그대로 사용해서 그런걸지도?

1M 저항 달아서 발진이 억눌리면서 안된 문제였음 -_-
